Statement of Work for the Rubin Observatory US Data Facility

Abstract

This document was made in 2021 but never released it is however a useful baseline. This statement of work describes the scope of work for the US Data Facility which the Department of Energy placed at SLAC to support Rubin Observatory Operations. Hardware and staffing levels needed to successfully support the US Data Facility within the Rubin Observatory Operations organization are described in detail.
